OPRFC Saints will begin their league campaign with an away trip to Rosslyn Park Bs on the 19th September, OPs running out 36-33 winners in their previous meeting in a Friday night thriller at The Rock.

They then face Old Streetonians II and London Welsh Dragons in October ; MMT1 has been cut to eight teams for its next incarnation, with Ealing 1871 II and West London joining the RFU league pyramid as well as Twickenham II transferring to a different county structure.

Typically, the winner of the league is promoted by right to Middlesex Premier, with the teams between 2nd and 5th competing in the promotion playoffs following the conclusion of the regular league season. The teams finishing in 7th and 8th may be candidates for relegation, though this may be subject to a number of reasons.
