A try from Harry Lyons in the last play of the game saw Old Priorian Saints come away from The Rock with a dramatic victory against Rosslyn Park B's, the hosts left with a sense of deja vu following a similar outcome in January.

Working with a numerical disadvantage from the first while, the Saints managed to get themselves into a 14-0 lead before Rosslyn Park got themselves onto the scoresheet ; however, this only galvanised OPs who then raced into a 26-7 lead, before two tries from Park before half time reduced the lead to nine points at 26-17.

The numbers began to tell in the second half somewhat and the B's eventually took the lead around 50 minutes into proceedings, only for OPs to level the scores up once more. Park then had a golden chance to go ahead again, only for winger Orlando Akuffo to make a last ditch tackle before the ball was grounded and keep the game level.

However, Rosslyn did go over the line minutes later, with over a quarter of the game left to play ; resolute work from the Saints eventually meant they were able to score again, with Lyons then securing the points in the last play, bagging a personal tally of 13 having been successful with four of seven conversions too.

Also on the scoresheet for OPRFC were Akuffo, Ariah Joseph, Jem Mawer, Ed Page, Tommaso Polleri and Jack Wheeler.

The win puts Priorians second in the Middlesex Merit Table Division 1 table ahead of their home clash with Old Streetonians II on Saturday 3rd October.
