OLD PRIORIANS RFC 11 - 6 BELSIZE PARK RFC

On an especially wet and blustery afternoon at Perivale, Old Priorians took on Belsize Park in their first Ready4Rugby league match of the season.

Despite the conditions, both teams seemed motivated and enjoyed the afternoon. Clear communication from referee Jamie Parr allowed for a smooth transition into this different format and making sure the game went ahead.

Tries from the likes of David Howe, Will Clarke and Arnaud Maltoff were supplemented by braces for both Jack Dever and Alex Ozegovic, as well as an impressive four-try haul for Noah Longley.

An England-wide lockdown was announced hours after the game finished, meaning there will be no more Ready4Rugby for Old Priorians until December at the earliest.
