Old Priorians begin their fourth consecutive campaign in the division with an away trip to Harpenden, who were relegated from Regional 1 South East in 2024/25 ; this is a repeat of the opening day of the 2019/20 season, where OPs were defeated 43-5 at Redbourn Lane.

The following week sees the first home game, where the Twisters will host London Irish Wild Geese, with the September fixtures rounded off with a local derby against newly promoted Brunel University, who groundshare with Ealing Trailfinders and Ealing 1871 at Vallis Way.

The season is due to end on 11th April 2026, the last fixture mirroring the first as Harpenden travel down to Perivale.
