The twelve teams that will make up Regional 2 Thames for the 2023/24 season have been announced, following various promotions and relegations in 2022/23 across the league pyramid.

A total of six teams will join the division as a result of promotions from Level 7 and transfers from other leagues playing at Level 6 - no clubs relegated from Level 5 will join Regional 2 Thames. Below we list those who will be competing :

- Amersham & Chiltern

- Aylesbury

- Belsize Park

- Chobham (promotion and level transfer from Level 7 - Counties 1 Surrey/Sussex)

- Fullerians

- Grasshoppers (promoted from Level 7 - Counties 1 Herts/Middx)

- H.A.C (level transfer from Level 6 - Regional 2 Anglia)

- Hemel Hempstead (promoted from Level 7 - Counties 1 Herts/Middx)

- Leighton Buzzard (level transfer from Level 6 - Regional 2 East Midlands)

- Marlow (promotion and level transfer from Level 7 - Counties 1 Tribute Southern North)

- Old Haberdashers

- Old Priorians
