An Old Priorian invitational XV will take on a Middlesex County XV as the centrepiece of the OPA Rugby Festival on Friday 13th March, as the fixture returns to Perivale for 2026.

Competing for the Ray Codd Memorial Cup, the OPRFC side is likely to be made up of players from across the generations - encompassing a number of club legends - while the Middlesex County XV will draw their squad from teams across the region, which is comprised of 88 clubs.

Both previous fixtures (against Ealing Academy and an Ealing Invitational XV) have seen OPRFC come away with the silverware, both matches decided by the same margin of 29-26, with OPs having the chance to defend their title.

The Festival is being held in conjunction with the Old Priorian Association, soon to enter its 100th year having been founded in 1927 ; the Association exists for both alumni of St Benedict's School as well as current pupils, holding a number of social occasions across the year to help keep former students in contact with each other, as well as providing a valuable network and ongoign link to the school itself.
